Search and AI visibility
From SERP analysis and custom structured data to brand entity audits, our SEO team keeps businesses performing well everywhere online, from AI search results to regular search.
Partner programme
At Sleeping Giant Media, we believe that great things happen when experts join forces. Instead of seeing other agencies and professionals as competition, we see an opportunity for collaboration, recognising the unique expertise that other people bring to the table.
This page introduces the programme and lets you register interest. It is not a sign-up, and it does not grant access to partner or client resources.
Test mode. Nothing is sent.
Our partnerships team will read your application and get in touch to arrange a conversation. Nothing has been agreed yet, and we have not shared your details with anyone.
If you do not hear from us within a couple of weeks, call 01303 240715 and ask for the partnerships team.
Who we are
Sleeping Giant Media has over 15 years of experience delivering digital marketing services, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, digital PR, website migration, and data and tracking.
Established in September 2008 by co-founders Luke Quilter and Anthony Klokkou, we have a team of over 50 passionate Giants who provide digital marketing delivery, insight, and education to businesses across the globe. We are based in Folkestone, Kent.

From SERP analysis and custom structured data to brand entity audits, our SEO team keeps businesses performing well everywhere online, from AI search results to regular search.
Our PPC and paid social team set up and manage online campaigns for businesses in all sectors, blending budget management with smart strategy to maximise growth and return on investment.
From long-form editorial to SEO-optimised on-page content, our content specialists craft engaging, informative content across multiple channels for visibility and organic performance.
Our data team build bespoke reporting dashboards and make sure websites are set up to track conversions properly, explained in jargon-free language.
Why partner
Sleeping Giant Media has extensive experience in digital marketing partnerships, working with a wide range of agencies and individuals over the years. Because of this, we understand that no two partnerships are the same. Our approach is flexible, open, and human, because successful partnerships are about people, not just processes.
You keep doing what you are best at. Where a client needs search, paid, content or data work you do not deliver in-house, we can pick it up, and the other way round.
When one of us meets a business the other is better placed to help, we make the introduction. No pressure on either side, and no promises about volume.
On shared clients we plan, report and problem-solve together, so the client gets one joined-up service rather than two agencies working in parallel.
What we publish
The Giants publish guides and blog articles on search, AI visibility and paid media. Partners hear about new ones first through the partner newsletter. Here is what has come out recently.

Registering interest starts a conversation. Nothing is agreed until we have both decided it is a good fit and put the terms in writing.
Fill in the short form at the top of this page, one question at a time. It takes a couple of minutes and asks only what we need to understand your business.
Our partnerships team reads every application and gets in touch to arrange a conversation about what you do, what we do and where the overlap is.
Together we choose the model that suits the relationship (direct referral, white label or clear label) and agree the terms in writing.
Once agreed, we introduce you to the people you will work with and share the resources that make the partnership useful day to day.
Submitting the form does not create an agreement. It is an expression of interest. Any partnership, and any commercial terms, are agreed separately in writing.
Ways to work together
Most partnerships settle into one of these three. Some use more than one depending on the client. You can tell us which you are interested in on the form, or leave it open and we will talk it through.
You introduce a client to Sleeping Giant Media. We take the conversation from there, deliver the work under our own name and look after the client relationship. You stay in the loop as the person who made the introduction.
Good for: consultants, developers and agencies who meet businesses that need search, paid, content or data work they do not offer.
Terms: a reciprocal 5% commission on successful introductions, agreed in writing before anything starts.
We deliver the work behind your brand. Your client sees your name on the proposal, the reports and the results, and you lead the relationship. We work closely with you rather than directly with the client.
Good for: agencies that want to offer a fuller digital marketing service to their clients without adding headcount or tools.
Draft: pricing structure to be confirmed
You lead the relationship and the client knows Sleeping Giant Media is involved. We can join client meetings and be named in reporting, while you remain the client's main point of contact.
Good for: partners whose clients value transparency about who is doing the work, or where our specialists need to speak to the client directly.

Key people
Partnerships at Sleeping Giant Media sit with the business growth team. These are the people who read applications, have the first conversation and look after partners once a relationship is agreed.
Matt leads the business growth team and is the first point of contact for new partners: reading applications, having the first conversation and agreeing how a partnership will work.

Aniela leads marketing at Sleeping Giant Media and looks after partner communications, including the partner newsletter and the resources partners receive once a relationship is agreed.

Agencies, consultants, developers and other professionals whose clients sometimes need search, paid media, content or data work that is outside what they deliver themselves. If you regularly meet businesses we could help, or run work we could support, it is worth a conversation.
Direct referral: you introduce the client to us and we deliver under our own name.
White label: we deliver behind your brand and you lead the relationship.
Clear label: you lead the relationship and the client knows we are involved.
Many partners use more than one, depending on the client.
You make an introduction, we have the conversation with the client, and if it turns into work the introduction is recognised through a reciprocal 5% commission. It works both ways: when we introduce a client to you, the same applies.
The detail is agreed in writing with each partner before anything starts.
Our partnerships team reviews your application and gets in touch to arrange a conversation. If we both think it is a good fit, we agree the model and terms in writing, then start onboarding. If it is not the right fit right now, we will tell you.
No. Submitting the form registers your interest. It does not create a partnership, an agreement or access to partner or client resources. Every application is reviewed by a person.
Use the form at the top of the page and add your question in "Anything else we should know?", or call the office on 01303 240715 and ask for the partnerships team.
Ready to talk?
The form is at the top of this page. It takes about two minutes, asks only what we need to understand your business, and does not commit either of us to anything.
